Formatio uses a small number of cookies to make the site and app work, and — only on our public marketing pages, and only if you agree — a small number more to understand how visitors use the site. We don't use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Strictly necessary

These are set automatically and can't be switched off, since the site and app don't work without them.

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in as you move around your club's dashboard. Deleted when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
• CSRF token — a security cookie that protects forms (like signing up or submitting the contact form) from being forged by another website.
• Cookie consent choice — remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we don't ask you every visit.

Analytics — only with your consent

On our public marketing pages (not inside the club dashboard), we use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages are useful and where visitors drop off. These cookies are only set if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner — until then, Google's tags run in a mode that doesn't set cookies or identify you.

• _ga and _ga_* — set by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors and remember your session, if you've accepted analytics cookies.

These cookies are managed by Google. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle this data. We don't use Google Analytics data for advertising, and we don't share it with anyone outside Google's own processing of it on our behalf.

Changing your mind

You can accept or reject analytics cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page.
