Yes. The Free plan covers one team's fixtures, availability, registration, lineups, and season stats, with no card details required and no time limit. It just doesn't include fee collection — that's reserved for paid plans.
Your card is only charged once the trial ends. You can cancel or switch back to Free at any point during the trial from your club's Billing page, and you won't be charged anything.
Yes — every plan is self-serve. Open Billing from your club dashboard to upgrade, downgrade, switch billing interval, or cancel, any time.
You won't be able to add another team until you upgrade — nothing about your existing teams changes. Upgrading unlocks the extra space immediately.
Paid plans include Direct Debit collection. Parents set up a mandate once, and monthly fees or one-off costs (like kit or tour payments) are then collected automatically — no more chasing cash at training.
Medical details, emergency contacts, and safeguarding consent are collected through your club's own registration form and only visible to the club admins and team managers who need them — not shared with parents of other players or anyone outside your club.
Yes. Invite anyone by email as a club admin, team manager, or parent — each role sees exactly what it needs to, whether that's the whole club or just their own team.
Yes, on every plan. Upload your crest and pick your colours in Club settings, and they'll appear on your dashboard and match day team sheets alongside Formatio's own branding.
No — your club is the only one that subscribes. Parents just use the free registration and (on paid plans) fee collection your club has already set up.
No. There's no setup fee, and every plan is billed rolling monthly or annually with no fixed term — cancel or downgrade to Free whenever you like.
